Additionally, we conduct intake and closing meetings and prepare detailed reports, both individual and comparative, for each candidate, ensuring a rigorous selection process aligned with our clients' needs.

Comparative Reports

To facilitate a complete view of each candidate, as well as to compare candidates for the same position, Talent Partners presents a comparative summary table of the evaluated candidates. This summary allows to view both the scores obtained by the candidates in the competencies necessary for the position addressed in the psycho-labor interview – by competencies, as well as the scores obtained in each additional test carried out.
