We provide advice on responsible termination and support in job reallocation, through customized group or individual programs, for executives at various hierarchical levels within the organization.
Our programs consist of 8 stages. This includes an initial diagnosis, reviewing and creating a professional profile, as well as developing a job search strategy and networking. Additionally, we provide training for executives to handle job interviews and selection processes. We closely accompany executives throughout their job relocation period, providing continuous monitoring and support.
We combine teams of professionals with experience in Executive Search and Headhunting, along with Organizational Psychologists, all with over 15 years of experience in the field.
The above allows us to provide comprehensive job relocation counseling, which includes assessing and identifying the current situation, developing the professional profile, creating a job search plan, as well as training and preparation for interviews.
Additionally, we offer continuous feedback and support after completing the program.
