The objective of Outplacement is to assist Executives who are in the process of leaving the company to transition to new jobs or careers as quickly as possible, minimizing the impact of job loss on their lives and financial well-being.

Service

We offer a service aimed at companies that need to downsize their workforce or undergo restructuring in their areas. We provide advice on responsible termination and support in job reallocation, through customized group or individual programs, for executives at various hierarchical levels within the organization.

 

Our programs consist of 8 stages. This includes an initial diagnosis, reviewing and creating a professional profile, as well as developing a job search strategy and networking. Additionally, we provide training for executives to handle job interviews and selection processes. We closely accompany executives throughout their job relocation period, providing continuous monitoring and support.
